We provide you with ‘Peace of mind’, helping you plan effectively for the future.
We are a company whose success is based on 4 core principles:
Nathan started out in a Sheffield solicitors practice before making the transition to financial services in 2006, becoming a CeMAP qualified mortgage and protection adviser, independent financial adviser, a member of the Personal Finance Society and Institute of Financial Services before going on to achieve the diploma in advanced financial planning in 2011.
Nathan became a full member of Society of Will Writers at the start of 2012 and is now an affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Planning Practitioners).
Being the principal of Pemberley Wills since Jan 2012 has taken up most of his time of course, but Nathan enjoys walking, SCUBA diving and obtained his private pilot’s licence in 2014.
He is married to Emma and they have a beloved Border Terrier - Orla.
Hannah has a background in financial and legal services having previously worked for Barclays and insurance giant Aon, amongst others. Hannah left her position as a Post Office manager to work for Aon in their Health Solutions division, handling payments to claimants. She then became a claims adjuster prior to moving to Barclays Bank in a customer service role where she spent several years before leaving to raise a family.
At Pemberley, Hannah is responsible for preparing and distributing Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney, managing our secure document storage service, handling payments and any other customer service queries.
Hannah is married and has two teenage daughters and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called McVitie. Most of Hannah’s spare time is spent playing her Bluthner piano and she loves hot chocolate, a quality single malt whisky, musical theatre, dining out and learning about history.
Ryan has almost 25 years experience in sales, business development and management and has previously worked in manufacturing and media. Ryan joined Pemberley in 2020 to help to launch Pemberley Cremations, our simplified funeral business.
In 2021, Ryan joined the Society of Will Writers and he works with clients, assisting them with protective Wills and trusts, LPAs and funeral planning.
Ryan is married and has two teenage daughters and a beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called McVitie. The observant among you will probably recognise that this sounds strikingly similar to Hannah’s biography!
In his spare time, Ryan loves to play golf (although not as much as he would like), watching football and NFL. He also enjoys dining out and being out in Derbyshire.
April started her career at Pemberley three years ago after finishing her education. She is a key member of the team and is responsible for drafting all wills and Lasting Power of Attorney applications.
April has extensive knowledge of trusts and how they operate, as well as the various rules and procedures associated with Inheritance Tax.
When she is not buried under mountains of paperwork, April loves to go walking in Derbyshire and she has a talent for cooking and baking. Her cupcakes are to die for and don’t help the waistlines of her colleagues! She is also a keen dancer having done both ballet and tap dancing for over 10 years, and her cat Tallulah is often curled up next to her while she works.
